The excellent new rooms. The cheerful helpful staff. Large room 12 feet by 20, excellent en -suite, powerful shower, soap and shampoo in ample quantities. Everything replaced promptly. Really good English breakfast for the first three mornings. Basket of fruit placed in room on third day. Very secure double keyed safe deposit box at reception. 1200Tbh deposit returned on leaving. Large parking area. Just a 12 minute walk to the Night Bazaar if you want a Lana style motel in Chiang Rai, this is as good as it gets.

Small things No sockets on bed side of room. On my fourth morning breakfast was buffet style. Eggs cold and like rubber and no bacon however after a gentle complaint eggs were freshly cooked and some first class back bacon provided. The four slice toaster is slow and quite inadequate for a hotel of this size. The location requires some careful navigation as the road is one way. The map provided does not show all the one way streets. No lifts but staff will carry your cases so not really a problem.

We booked a newly decorated room with astonishing breakfast. the location was handy, a short walk to a church and a tower. - the service was impeccable, making the hotel a pleasant and exceptionally comfortable place.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a good variety of food options. It's situated in a lovely spot close to the airport and main attractions. You can even go to the river "beach" for a chill picnic lunch, and there's a mall and night bazaar nearby. 🌴

i booked newly renovated, neat room with comfortable beds and free snacks. the breakfast selection was astonishing with local and western food. the location was marvellous, at a short distance from walking street chiang rai market. the hotel staff were consistently courteous.

A very stylish designed area and rooms, a lot of plants, cozy atmosphere, breakfast absolutly perfect. You dont realize you were in a city. The stuff enorm helpful and friendly. Hotel offers competitive prices for trips around Chiang Mai.

This place offers modern and affordable accommodations, with great views and a convenient location near transportation hubs, along with well-appointed units and helpful staff.

We found the hotel comfortable and superbly located. The reception staff were helpful - one with excellent English. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is an excellent restaurant next door for meals other than breakfast.

Only one of the staff speak good English - especially 'after hours' it is difficult to make oneself understood if one does not speak Thai.

The units were well-appointed with a wonderful view out the window. Offers exceptional service and fabulous food. - Would definitely want to stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried very hard to make sure I knew what was happening in Chiang Rai and that I knew where to go. The staff made arrangements for a driver for me and help plan the day.
